Syed Hanafi Syed Hassan is Founder of Samara Management Solutions Sdn Bhd and also the Learning and Performance Senior Consultant, specializing in management training and consultancy.
With 38 years of experience across airlines, tourism, corporate sectors, and education, he has developed a diverse expertise in personal development, management, and leadership. As an HRD Corp Accredited Learning Facilitator, he holds multiple certifications and an MBA focused on crisis management.
Recognized for his contributions to academia and awarded for teaching excellence, Syed is committed to empowering organizations and individuals for sustainable success. He welcomes opportunities for collaboration and connection to drive meaningful growth.
