Haqqim Harun is a passionate learning facilitator who seeks to develop 21st Century Life Skills in people to improve their quality of life. His learning programs are experiential and assist with long-term behavioural change.

After graduating with a BSc (Hons) in e-Business Technology and Management from Liverpool John Moores University, he started his career as an IT Programmer before ultimately pursuing his passion in learning and development.

From January to March 2018, he delivered over 2,000 hours of learning programs to young people for Industrial Revolution 4.0 preparedness program under the National Youth Council.

Haqqim has a strong foundation in Human Capital Development through his involvements in The Scouts Association of Malaysia, a part of a global body under World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM). Along the way, he has gained deep knowledge and skills in interpersonal, intercultural and leadership.

Haqqim develops and conducts training program on topics of personal development, motivation, leadership, communication, team building and digital entrepreneurship. All these programs incorporate Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), practical tools, and fun experiential learning that helps learners to have better retention of learning. As an eUsahawan Certified Trainer, he helps business owners to embrace digital platforms and outperform their competitors.

Haqqim is also certified as a SOIF Coach, Business Coach and ONE Coaching Practitioner. He advises, guides, and coaches many people through a wide range of issues, such as business, relationships, motivation, communication skills, and career advancement.
